Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or damage.

For hygiene reasons, socks and any discounted/promotional items are final sale and non-returnable.
How to Start

Email support@blazebrandltd.com with your order number and reason for return.

For defective items or size/color exchanges, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (U.S. only). For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving the label.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (while supplies last). We'll provide a prepaid return label for all exchanges.

If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
