Returns & Exchanges Policy

 Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or damage.

  • For hygiene reasons, socks and any discounted/promotional items are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Start

  1. Email support@blazebrandltd.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. For defective items or size/color exchanges, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (U.S. only). For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (while supplies last). We'll provide a prepaid return label for all exchanges.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • Email support@blazebrandltd.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos—we’ll make it right quickly.
