Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) and typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping during seasonal promotions. Shipping is otherwise calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes—once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@blazebrandltd.com with your order number and reason for return. For defective items or size/color exchanges, we'll provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Are any items final sale?

Yes—socks and discounted/promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Do you offer free exchanges?

Yes—exchanges are free for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).

Sizing & Care

How do I choose my size?

See the Size Guide on each product page. Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit; up for a relaxed fit.

How do I care for my pieces?

Most items: machine wash cold, gentle cycle; tumble dry low or hang dry. Always check the care label on the garment.
